How does the Lucid partnership programme work?
You refer clients who need FX services (property purchases, international transfers, business payments) to Lucid. We handle the entire process — consultation, execution, support — under a co-branded or white-label arrangement. You earn revenue share on every transaction without any operational burden. Your clients get expert FX support, you strengthen client relationships, and we provide the specialist service.
What types of professionals do you partner with?
We work with wealth managers, financial advisors, accountants, solicitors (conveyancing and private client), estate agents, mortgage brokers, and property developers. Anyone who regularly encounters clients needing international money transfers, overseas property purchases, or currency risk management is a natural fit for our partnership programme.
What’s the referral process?
It’s simple: introduce your client to Lucid via email, phone, or our dedicated partner portal. We take over from there — initial consultation, rate quotes, execution, and ongoing support. You stay informed throughout, and we never approach your client for additional services outside the FX scope. Your relationship remains protected.
Can I stay involved in the process?
Absolutely. Some partners prefer full visibility and want to be copied on all communications. Others prefer a complete handover. We adapt to your preference. You can be as involved or hands-off as suits your practice. Either way, you’ll receive transaction confirmations and can check progress at any time.
Will you try to cross-sell other services to my clients?
No. We exist solely to provide FX services. We won’t approach your clients about wealth management, investments, mortgages, or anything outside currency exchange. Your relationship is protected by our partnership agreement. We’re specialists, not generalists trying to expand our offering.
